About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact customers have with the facility
  • Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing matters to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors
  • Handle receivables, payables, accounting-system data entry, spreadsheets, and month-end statement balancing
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
