About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Greet and assist all customers and prospective customers promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact for customers
Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing matters to the appropriate person or department
Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors
Handle receivables, payables, accounting-system data entry, spreadsheets, and month-end statement balancing
Perform other related duties as assigned
