About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide overall leadership and management of the assigned territory/market
- Achieve or exceed company targets and standards for performance and growth
- Manage market locations that rank in the top 10% of the industry by KPIs, customer service, quality, and profitability
- Model and enforce the highest level of customer service and the Crash Champions Total Sales Attitude (TSA)
- Recruit, manage, and develop employees for future organizational growth
- Perform in-process and final quality checks
- Facilitate and nurture relationships with insurance accounts, agents, and customers
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining positive employee morale and urgency to exceed goals
- Ensure the shop is correctly maintained and organized
- Create and develop future leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven strong performance in current location, including consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction Ratings (CSR), EBITDA, margin, and profitability
- Strong leadership skills, including inspiring and motivating teams, driving results, and effectively managing resources
- Strategic thinking, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions
- Knowledge of the collision industry, including procedures and requirements for a variety of insurance carriers
- 10+ years of operations experience
- 5+ years of people management experience required
- Driven personality, eager to grow, and able to work well under pressure
- Experience using CCC One
- Strong problem-solving skills
