About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart
Inspect parts for damage upon delivery when parts are not available within two hours of expected drop off
Immediately return incorrect parts to the vendor
Regularly communicate with vendors on parts status
Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champion’s estimating platform and make corrections as necessary
