About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assign jobs to Body Technicians and maintain proper job mix to ensure smooth production flow through all departments
Coordinate supplements with Body Technicians and Repair Leader(s), and coordinate sublet repairs
Review work with Technicians and support with issues/questions about repairs when needed
Ensure production is moving as needed to meet timely delivery requirements
Ensure production space is safe and clean, including properly maintained equipment and personal protective equipment usage
Perform in-person quality checks and ensure vehicle repairs are completed timely according to proper repair procedures, including ALLDATA and OE guidelines
Lead Body Technicians toward unified goals discussed in daily/weekly meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
Ability to supervise and motivate production personnel
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Must possess excellent organizational skills
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Valid driver’s license is required
