About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis (budget vs. actual)
  • Partner with department leaders to track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Track, record, and summarize capital expenditures across business units
  • Prepare, review, and distribute financial reports to business stakeholders
  • Support month-end close activities in coordination with the accounting team
  • Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updates
  • Analyze KPIs and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Assist in preparing materials for executive and board-level presentations
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models
  • Help maintain and improve financial reporting tools, templates, and processes
  • Assist in process implementation and manage initiatives from a financial perspective
  • Build and foster relationships throughout the organization
  • Review and analyze large volumes of data and produce understandable findings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel)
  • Financial systems experience preferred; Oracle’s Essbase a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting system preferred
  • Strong FP&A analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to complete duties with limited direct supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with a team as well as on one’s own
  • Ability to transform raw data into clear and actionable findings
