About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direction and lead distribution center associates
- Assist with interviewing and selecting new associates
- Conduct performance evaluations and reviews
- Implement corrective actions as necessary
- Perform safety observations alongside job observations
- Coach and counsel associates on proper safety procedures
- Optimize workflow within supply chain operations
- Guide the team to meet daily productivity targets
- Champion safety protocols and continuous operational improvement
- Work Wednesday–Saturday, 3:30 pm–12:00 am
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Distribution Center experience
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Computer skills
- Proficiency with Google applications, MS Word & Excel
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Spanish bilingual ability is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the US
