About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for complex agency organizations
  • Own value realization across multiple brands, clients, regions, or lines of business
  • Advise agencies on scaling influencer programs across clients
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across strategy, activation, analytics, executive, holding company, and regional stakeholders
  • Lead strategic business reviews, maturity assessments, and growth planning sessions
  • Map CreatorIQ into agency workflows, resourcing models, and client deliverables
  • Partner with Strategic Insights Managers on off-platform analysis, benchmarks, and strategic recommendations
  • Use data to identify opportunities and risks, influence adoption, and support program growth
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Product Education, Support, Sales, and Insights teams
  • Advise agencies on program governance, measurement frameworks, and operational best practices
  • Maintain success plans, meeting recaps, engagement history, and health indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in a strategic, customer-facing role such as CSM, Strategy, Client Services, or Account Leadership
  • Experience working at or closely with marketing agencies, ideally in complex, multi-client, or global agency environments
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing, creator content, and digital media
  • Deep understanding of agency structures, incentives, and challenges
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing internal priorities with end-client expectations
  • Ability to lead senior-level and executive conversations
  • Ability to translate business objectives into platform value for agencies and end clients
  • Ability to influence roadmap conversations, measurement approaches, and long-term program vision
  • Ability to manage a dynamic book of business proactively
  • Experience leading business reviews, maturity mapping, and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, and tools such as Notion or Jira
  • Nice to have: experience at a marketing, media, or influencer agency
  • Nice to have: experience supporting holding companies or global agency networks
  • Nice to have: familiarity with agency-facing KPIs, client reporting expectations, and strategic planning cycles
