About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own scope-building for Strategic Services engagements across the appropriate functions
  • Own billable coding, utilization, and allocation tracking across six Strategic Services functions
  • Map scopes to required functions and activate the appropriate teams
  • Define cross-functional handoff points and expectations
  • Build and maintain a standardized Strategic Services catalog
  • Assess bandwidth and capacity before scopes are sold and flag contractor bench activation needs
  • Partner with Finance/RevOps on time-tracking and billable-hour logging practices
  • Run discovery with prospects and customers alongside Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Strategic Services leaders
  • Translate customer needs into custom professional services proposals
  • Own technical and strategic content for proposals, SOWs, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Present Strategic Services in new-business pitches, competitive RFPs, and renewal/expansion conversations
  • Collaborate with Strategic Services, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Stay current on creator/influencer marketing trends and competitive practices
  • Lead a small, growing U.S.-based team
  • Partner with the Global Head of Strategic Services to shape team structure, delivery standards, and the operating model

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of hands-on creator/influencer marketing experience
  • Experience as a strategist, account lead, or director at a prominent creator/influencer marketing agency, or as an operator/practitioner at a large multinational brand
  • Proven experience scoping and/or selling in an enterprise SaaS or agency environment
  • Operational fluency with billability, utilization, and resource allocation
  • Ability to translate creator marketing strategy and program needs into professional services offerings
  • Experience working across a multi-function services organization
  • Track record pitching or presenting professional/managed services to prospects, including competitive RFP and new-business finalist situations
  • Experience building or improving a services catalog, playbook, or standardized offering set
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with time-tracking/billability systems and proposal/SOW development
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Direct experience with CreatorIQ or comparable creator/influencer marketing technology preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes such as RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and MSAs preferred
  • Prior experience owning billable codes, utilization reporting, or resource allocation preferred
  • Existing creator/influencer marketing industry network or credibility preferred
