About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will manage your assigned clients independently and take full responsibility for their accounts.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing strategic and operational advice.
You will plan, manage, and execute influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
You will ensure that deadlines, budgets, and agreed deliverables are met.
You will take responsibility for the quality and results of your projects.
You will coordinate project team members and Creative Specialists.
You will assign tasks, monitor implementation, and consistently follow up on outstanding items.
You will identify risks and challenges at an early stage and develop suitable solutions together with the Team Lead.
You will provide operational support to our Team Leads in managing major key accounts.
You will maintain our project, budget, and reporting systems fully and reliably.
You will prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for your clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally, you have initial professional experience in project management, account management, influencer marketing, or social media.
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
You can keep track of timelines, budgets, and responsibilities even when managing multiple campaigns in parallel.
You communicate professionally, reliably, and on an equal footing with clients, creators, and internal teams.
You take ownership and reliably follow tasks through to completion.
You have a good understanding of social media, creator content, and current platform trends.
You can interpret campaign results and present them clearly to clients.
You are confident using digital project management and reporting tools.
You have very good German and good English language skills.
