Key responsibilities & impact

Own the entire problem: dive into real-world challenges, distinguish root causes from symptoms, and work across teams until the issue is resolved—without stopping at a team’s boundaries
Solve it once: redesign processes and create frameworks, automations, and AI agents so the problem does not recur
Accelerate AI adoption across the business: use data and AI as a starting point, understanding what to delegate to an agent and critically reviewing its results
Make it happen: test ideas through a small pilot, measure the results, and make data-driven decisions
Build collaboratively: involve teams from the outset and document what you build so other teams can reuse it, making the solution scalable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Structure and develop analyses of business problems, including the design and implementation of solutions
Structure data for scenario analysis, projections, and metrics
Develop projects and/or solutions using artificial intelligence as a guiding principle and in a scalable manner
Use and apply AI and data management tools such as Claude, Copilot, AI Agents, SQL, and Python
A major plus: experience with analytics challenges, AI and technology projects, data competitions, or personal technology projects
Availability for hybrid work: you must work from our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month, for 4 consecutive days
