About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map and diagnose end-to-end processes, identifying root causes and bottlenecks while measuring operational time, volume, and capacity
- Document new workflows and serve as the technical point of contact for the business areas supported
- Create analyses and interactive dashboards using SQL and spreadsheets to support decision-making and quantify gains
- Independently lead medium-sized continuous improvement projects, applying agile methodologies and managing deliverables
- Develop and implement automation prototypes using Artificial Intelligence-based solutions to address operational bottlenecks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Structured process mapping and diagnosis
- Hands-on experience using Artificial Intelligence to prototype automations and optimize workflows
- Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets for data analysis
- Ability to manage projects independently using agile methodologies and tracking tools such as Jira
- Clear communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
- Practical automation experience with tools such as Make and n8n, or applied use of AI in operational workflows
- Prior knowledge of financial market rules and products
- API and webhook integrations
- Python programming for automation
- Availability for hybrid work and attendance at the office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for four consecutive days
