Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end quarterly PI Planning cycle, including alignment, Jira pre-work, prioritization with C-Level executives, tribe documentation, dependency mapping in Miro, event preparation and facilitation, and post-PI Planning activities with metrics and feedback
- Govern the portfolio of initiatives and dependencies in Jira
- Define the initiative creation process, audit the quality of entries, and map dependencies across tribes
- Lead a BP process documentation program in Confluence in partnership with Business Process teams and business leaders
- Map overlaps between AI Factories and Prod&Tech and support cross-functional workshops
- Quickly take ownership of the PI Planning cycle and ensure continuity of portfolio routines
- Design the next generation of the agentic model for prioritization, capacity planning, and squad cadence
- Improve the quality and completeness of initiatives and dependencies in Jira through automated auditing and continuous feedback
- Maintain and scale BP and Prod&Tech process documentation in Confluence
- Support the second phase of Jira implementation and measure skills adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional forums and work with senior stakeholders, including C-Level executives, VPs, and Heads
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-agency generalist with genuine curiosity, the ability to learn quickly, and an ownership mindset when facing ambiguity
- No technical prerequisites: programming skills or proficiency with low-code/no-code tools, data, or SQL are not required
- Ability to think through and design agentic processes
- Open to candidates from any industry; a background in financial services, fintech, or technology is not required
- “AI-first” mindset
- Strong analytical and executive communication skills
- Comfortable facilitating ceremonies with dozens of participants and translating portfolio data into narratives for C-Level executives
- Availability for hybrid work: attendance at the office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for four consecutive days
- Nice to have: familiarity with portfolio management/PMO and scaled agile frameworks (PI Planning/SAFe, OKRs)
- Nice to have: previous experience with automations, even at a basic level
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of data
