About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and execute the AI roadmap for a designated portfolio of Crescent-managed hotels
Identify AI opportunities with significant business impact across hotel operations
Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Technology
Assess whether solutions should be built, bought, configured, or integrated
Lead initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, measurement, and optimization
Partner with technology teams on systems, integrations, data, security, and governance
Translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions
Ensure introduced solutions are adopted and used

Requirements

What you’ll need

Understanding of generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, data integration, and emerging AI platforms
Ability to build business cases, evaluate technology and vendors, lead cross-functional implementation, drive organizational adoption, and measure ROI
Ability to work with executives and operators to understand business problems and manual processes
Experience driving AI or digital transformation in complex, multi-unit businesses
