About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and identify potential clients through research and outbound outreach.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach in Turkish and English.
- Engage decision-makers and introduce the company’s services.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, interest, and business fit.
- Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active pipeline.
- Keep prospect and outreach information accurate and up to date.
- Meet established outreach and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience using CRM, LinkedIn, or other sales prospecting tools is preferred.
