About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and manage replies across all outbound channels daily; classify intent and route next steps
  • Respond to warm leads using approved templates, book demos, and hand qualified leads to sales with full context
  • Run follow-up and re-engagement on stalled leads; process opt-outs promptly
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, companies, activities, notes, stages, deals, and ownership
  • Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and outbound-tool integrations; perform data hygiene
  • Build, launch, and manage multi-step email and LinkedIn campaigns, including sequences, schedules, sending limits, and sender assignment
  • Set up nurture and re-engagement flows; apply deliverability best practices and coordinate lists and senders
  • Pause, fix, and relaunch campaigns based on performance and health checks
  • QA sequences, templates, and replies against approved copy before launch
  • Maintain consistent sender identities across mailboxes and LinkedIn profiles; spot-check live sends
  • Manage sending domains, mailboxes, DNS authentication, and warm-up; monitor bounces, spam complaints, blocklists, inbox placement, and domain reputation
  • Scale sending volume based on account health; maintain healthy LinkedIn sender accounts within platform limits; work with vendors to resolve issues
  • Build targeted prospect lists using scraping, hiring-signal, and data tools; deduplicate, clean, and apply suppression
  • Enrich contacts with verified emails and phone numbers; prepare calling lists and manage data credits
  • Deliver weekly performance reporting by channel and funnel stage; maintain CRM dashboards and distinguish genuine engagement from automated responses
  • Maintain a live tracker of all running campaigns
  • Administer accounts, seats, subscriptions, and credits across the GTM tool stack
  • Document recurring processes as SOPs; maintain naming conventions and support sales with clean data, lead context, and CRM fixes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in marketing operations supporting a B2B outbound or demand generation team
  • Proven experience running multi-channel outbound across email and LinkedIn
  • Strong CRM administration skills
  • Experience managing lead replies and handoffs to sales
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, bounce management
  • Experience with list building and data enrichment
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and clear written English
  • Background in US healthcare or staffing outbound (preferred)
  • Awareness of CAN-SPAM and TCPA basics for US outreach (preferred)
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps
  • Backup connection capable of supporting work during a power outage
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions
  • Functioning webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB headset
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space
  • Smartphone for communication and verification purposes
