About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Virginia RN license or valid compact RN license
  • Meet the TB requirement for the position
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to travel to Centreville, Herndon, Fair Oaks, Chantilly, and South Riding, Virginia
  • Availability for scheduled weekday hours
  • Comfortable performing in-home assessments, supervisory visits, and caregiver oversight
