About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct regular outreach and respond to prospects to connect them with an Account Executive or Director
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and engage with inbound leads
  • Track sales activities and workflow in Salesforce and Outreach.io
  • Meet with the Business Development Manager and team members to report key metrics
  • Help develop new business development strategies
  • Contribute to marketing channel testing and brainstorming
  • Improve sales processes
  • Perform data analysis
  • Contribute to the product roadmap as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Energetic and enthusiastic sales professional
  • Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong work ethic, natural curiosity, internal drive, and enthusiasm for growing a company
  • Comfortable speaking with prospects or customers by phone
  • Demonstrated experience handling difficult situations for positive outcomes
  • Active listening and customer pain-point discovery skills
  • Results-driven approach and ability to work toward personal sales targets
  • Ability to use quantitative sales funnel metrics and assess performance against targets
  • Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable
  • Previous healthcare industry experience, including post-secondary education, is desirable
