Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns
Learn and assist in consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
Follow Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
Regular attendance is essential
Genuine excitement for retail and sales
Passion for creating memorable shopping experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with consumers and team members
