About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Create an enjoyable team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns
  • Assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness and recovery standards
  • Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
  • Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
  • Regular attendance is essential
  • Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
