About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
Contribute to an enjoyable team environment that fosters sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns
Learn and assist in consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
Follow Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years or older
Possess at least SPM / O Level or above
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
Able to operate retail Point of Sale system
Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
