About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of store associates and leaders to create an exceptional consumer experience
  • Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
  • Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
  • Use analytical thinking and company reporting to identify store opportunities
  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and follow up on daily activities and store deadlines
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and develop store talent
  • Support consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • Support daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs, cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Adhere to asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least STPM / A Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of total retail experience
  • Previous Store Manager experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Professional working proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email
  • Ability to operate a retail Point of Sale system
  • Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
