About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns and demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values
- Drive recruitment and staffing efforts, including anticipating seasonal needs
- Lead the team in achieving sales, customer service, and product engagement metrics
- Own daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown execution, loyalty program growth, cleanliness, and recovery standards
- Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and other company policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years or older
- 4+ years of retail experience; prior Store Manager experience preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Proven ability to inspire and empower teams while driving performance and achieving results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
- Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment
- Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks
- Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance and remain on feet for at least 8 hours per shift
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, computer/register screens, and input information into a computer
