About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns and demonstrating Crocs values
Drive recruitment and staffing, including anticipating seasonal needs
Lead the team in achieving sales, customer service, and product engagement metrics
Own daily retail operations, including POS management, stock-room organization and replenishment, pricing and markdown execution, loyalty-program growth, cleanliness, and recovery standards
Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion
Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
Share product and brand knowledge with consumers
Follow Crocs policies, Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years or older
4+ years of retail experience
Prior Store Manager experience preferred
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Regular attendance and punctuality
Proven ability to inspire and empower teams while driving performance and achieving results
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment
Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks
Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
Ability to remain on feet for at least 8 hours per shift and continuously move around the store
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for periods of time
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and computer/register-screen information and input information into a computer
