About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a dedicated team of store associates and leaders to create an exceptional consumer experience
- Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain visual presentations, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
- Develop talent and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment
- Lead the store team in surpassing sales, consumer service, and charms performance metrics
- Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to identify store opportunities and empower strategic decisions
- Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines
- Contribute to a team environment that encourages suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs, Inc. values
- Assist with consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management
- Support daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs, cleanliness, and recovery standards
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possess at least STPM / A Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above preferred
- Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; preferably with previous Store Manager experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results
- Professional working proficiency in English; proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email
- Able to operate a retail Point of Sale system
- Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
