About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Contribute to an enjoyable team environment that fosters sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns
- Assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
- Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
- Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years or older
- Possess at least SPM / O Level or above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
- Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
- Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
- Able to operate retail Point of Sale system
- Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
