About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
Create an enjoyable team environment that encourages suggestions, ideas, and concerns
Assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
Support daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years or older
Possess at least SPM / O Level or above
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
Able to operate a retail Point of Sale system
Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
