About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns
  • Assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • Support daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques
  • Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Possess at least SPM / O Level or above
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
  • Flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
  • Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
  • Able to operate a retail Point of Sale system
  • Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
