About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Educate team members on products and promotions
  • Drive daily sales targets to achieve company goals and initiatives
  • Foster an enjoyable team environment and encourage suggestions, ideas, and concerns
  • Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize store activities and meet deadlines
  • Learn and assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques
  • Follow asset protection policies, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of total retail experience
  • Previous store leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Regular attendance is essential
