About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Contribute to an enjoyable team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns
  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines
  • Follow up on daily activities within the store
  • Learn and assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
  • Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Educate team members on products and promotions
  • Drive daily sales targets to achieve company goals and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of total retail experience; previous store leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills with store team, operations managers, District Managers, and corporate partners
  • Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Regular attendance is essential
  • Commitment to working onsite in Putrajaya, Malaysia
