About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support customers after purchase via email, chat and phone
Resolve delivery delays, missing or damaged items and exchanges
Handle back-office tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Work with 3–5 internal and external tools
Reply to customers on social media for some markets
Work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts
Work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, with no night shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or fluent Dutch
C1-level English
Excellent written communication skills
Good PC skills, including MS Office
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
Strong multitasking skills
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Right to work in the EU
