About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help customers in Dutch and English
Answer customer questions
Solve customer issues in a friendly and professional way
Work Monday to Sunday in shifts between 08:00 and 00:00
Work 5 days per week according to a rotating schedule
Complete a training period before transitioning to fully remote work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Customer-oriented attitude and clear communication
A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work from home
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
