About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily account operations to ensure efficient position management and excellent customer service
  • Manage travel assignments for Nursing and Allied staff
  • Manage staffing services and client relationships
  • Liaise between recruiters, internal team members, facilities, and approved vendors
  • Follow up on candidate presentations
  • Maintain accurate position and facility information
  • Assist with order intake and enter orders into internal and external tools
  • Audit open positions for accuracy
  • Distribute open positions to appropriate vendor partners
  • Review candidate applications for quality and compliance
  • Maintain Service Level Agreement standards
  • Ensure accurate performance metrics data, including fill rates, time to fill, and renewal rates
  • Communicate submission outcomes and facility/MSP concerns
  • Follow up with facilities on pending submissions, extensions, upgrades, P1s, and performance
  • Document and communicate placements, declinations, and assignment-specific information
  • Prepare assignment confirmations
  • Escalate concerns and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with Compliance Coordinators to ensure credential compliance of healthcare professionals and subcontractors
  • Participate in meetings with Account Managers and leadership to plan position-management and customer-service strategies
  • Provide superior service to internal and external customers
  • Provide team coverage when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Sales acumen and negotiation skills required
  • Prefer knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry
  • Proven track record of working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide exceptional customer service preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
