About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations
- Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward patients and offer a “white glove” experience
- Guide new patients through the intake process
- Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
- Maintain daily financial records and reports
- Coordinate with medical and clinical staff on intakes
- Provide clerical and logistical support
- Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities
- Travel monthly from the primary Uniontown location to Connellsville
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred
- Lived Addiction experience is a plus
- Ability to work 37–40 hours per week
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM in Uniontown
- Ability to work every 4th weekend: Saturday 7:30 AM–12:30 PM and Sunday 7:30 AM–3:30 PM in Connellsville
- Monthly travel to the Connellsville location required
