About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide individual counseling to highly complex patients
  • Conduct clinical assessments to appropriately assess patients’ treatment needs
  • Design and update patients’ treatment plans, including care coordination, referrals, and discharge planning
  • Manage assigned caseload and compliance with clinical treatment requirements
  • Collaborate with nurses and providers to provide holistic treatment services
  • Facilitate urine drug screening for patients
  • Participate in an early morning clinical schedule with early afternoon end times
  • Participate in the Saturday rotation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • General experience working with underserved populations in a clinical setting
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus
  • Qualified candidates will hold one or more of the following certifications/licenses (specific certifications/licenses are not listed)
  • Expected availability of 37-40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday availability from 7:45am-5:00pm
  • Participation in the Saturday rotation
