About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across client portfolios
  • Assist Managers and Directors with client strategy delivery and Account Development Plans
  • Create and manage campaigns according to industry and Croud best-practice guidelines
  • Manage client budgets within advertising platforms and optimise campaigns daily
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the internal network on accurate and relevant reporting
  • Support client performance summaries and attend and contribute to client performance calls and quarterly business reviews
  • Deliver data analysis and monthly Test and Learn case studies
  • Organise support from and work with the internal network
  • Administer and deliver internal and induction training as required
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, knowledge sharing, and company policies
  • Contribute to client retention efforts
  • Support innovation in new technologies, market trend monitoring, technology roadmap support, and internal academy development
  • Report directly to the Paid Media Account Manager or Senior Account Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, media and communications, or similar would be beneficial
  • Practical experience in digital marketing, including managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, or previous work/internship experience in marketing, public relations, or media is advantageous
  • Teamwork and collaboration experience within a professional setting
  • Data analysis skills with keen attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Critical thinking and results-driven problem-solving mindset
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Openness to learning paid search, paid social, and shopping
  • Standard working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, with flexibility if agreed in advance; occasional work outside these hours may be necessary
