About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the implementation of Enterprise Agreement and Award changes across workforce and payroll systems
  • Translate workplace relations obligations into system-ready pay rules and business requirements
  • Partner with Payroll, Technology, Workforce Planning and external vendors to deliver seamless solutions
  • Develop process maps, functional specifications and implementation documentation
  • Coordinate testing, validation and user acceptance activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve workforce processes
  • Support major system enhancements, upgrades and transformation initiatives
  • Maintain governance, change controls and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Workforce Planning or Systems, Payroll or a Business Analyst in a similar role
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or transformation projects
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong compliance focus
  • Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Technology, Workplace Relations or Workforce Planning functions
