About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as an SME on workplace relations compliance and legislation, Enterprise Agreements, modern awards and industrial obligations
  • Monitor legislative developments
  • Conduct compliance reviews and complete assurance activities
  • Identify emerging risks and assess business impacts
  • Develop governance controls, technical guidance and compliance frameworks
  • Partner with Workplace Relations, Payroll, People & Culture, Risk, Legal and Compliance functions
  • Support implementation of workplace relations reforms and enterprise agreement changes
  • Contribute to workplace relations policy development, knowledge resources and capability uplift initiatives
  • Influence enterprise-wide workplace relations practices and partner with senior stakeholders across Crown’s three properties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience interpreting and applying the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards
  • Experience conducting compliance audits, assurance reviews or governance activities
  • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks and remediation programs
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex legislative requirements into practical business solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Excellent written communication and technical drafting skills
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Law, Industrial Relations or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
