About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support daily and recurring executive reporting
Explain the drivers behind key business metrics
Translate business questions into structured analysis across membership, retention, and ancillary services
Conduct ad hoc deep dives into membership, retention, and ancillary performance
Investigate unusual numbers until their causes are understood
Help build trusted reporting infrastructure using internal, third-party, and market data
Capture and prepare member data for analysis and executive use
Partner with engineering and data teammates to validate underlying data
Support pricing strategy model development
Support real estate site-scoring model development
Build local agentic workflows to accelerate analytical work
Identify and correct inaccurate AI outputs before executive distribution
Support ad hoc projects and special initiatives directed by leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
2 to 5 years of experience in an insights, analytics, FP&A, or consulting role
Strong SQL skills
Working fluency in at least one BI or reporting platform: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Domo
Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Hands-on experience and curiosity using AI and agentic tools to accelerate analytical work
Judgment to validate and challenge AI-generated outputs
Ability to explain analytical methods and translate complex analysis into actionable insights
Comfortable working in ambiguity and asking effective questions
Ability to investigate unusual numbers to identify root causes
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be local and able to commute to the New York, NY location
