About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of HR managers across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Set expectations, coach managers, and create accountability structures
- Own the performance appraisal process, including goal development, calibration, and accountability
- Diagnose performance, talent, and compensation gaps and design targeted interventions
- Design and implement individual and group training programs supporting growth, development, and compliance
- Lead HR-side M&A integration, including organizational design, onboarding, policy harmonization, and culture alignment
- Partner with management and stakeholders on business transformation and change initiatives through people strategy
- Create and sustain employee engagement programs across a multi-brand environment
- Report to the VP, Human Resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR business partner
- 3+ years of people management experience; global or multi-country team leadership preferred
- 2+ years of learning and development experience designing and delivering training programs
- Demonstrated experience with M&A and acquisition integration from an HR perspective
- Track record supporting business transformation and change initiatives
- Experience working across diverse employee populations, including corporate, retail, and distribution
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively across time zones
- Employment contingent on a background check, including verification of prior employment dates
- Mandatory in-person interview before an offer; candidates unable or unwilling to attend will be removed from consideration
