About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end replenishment for assigned Bike categories, including generating and placing purchase orders for core and never-out-of-stock SKUs
Use forecasted demand, on-hand inventory, on-order quantities, and vendor lead times to determine what, how much, and when to reorder
Optimize replenishment across multi-source vendor supply chains based on availability, lead time, and profitability
Set and maintain reorder points, min/max levels, safety stock, order multiples, and review cycles by SKU and vendor
Monitor in-stock rate, weeks of supply, inventory turns, sell-through, and vendor fill rate
Act on stockout risk and overstock
Run weekly exception reporting for out-of-stocks, late purchase orders, and excess inventory, recommending actions to merchants and planners
Partner with vendors to confirm availability, expedite late shipments, resolve short-ships, and improve lead-time and fill-rate performance
Improve replenishment tools, reports, and automation to reduce manual work and increase decision speed
Collaborate with merchants, planners, vendors, and the distribution center

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in replenishment, inventory planning, allocation, or supply chain analytics, ideally in retail or ecommerce
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and building models from large data sets
Working knowledge of in-stock rate, weeks of supply, inventory turns, sell-through, safety stock, and reorder point logic
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to produce quality work in daily tasks
Experience creating and managing purchase orders with vendors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain inventory recommendations to merchants and vendors
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Mandatory in-person interview before an offer
Employment contingent on a background check, including verification of prior employment dates
Preferred: hands-on experience with a replenishment or demand forecasting system
Preferred: SQL experience, BigQuery preferred
Preferred: experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Preferred: experience automating recurring reports or workflows using Python, macros, or AI tools
