About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain expert-level knowledge in Service processes
- Take full accountability for and maintain Service training programs
- Facilitate Service training for new and existing team members
- Track and report training results at course and individual levels
- Create, deliver, and evaluate new curriculum
- Maintain existing curriculum
- Work closely with Quality and Leadership groups to evaluate training efficacy
- Identify future training opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to facilitate live training sessions both virtually and in-person
- Capability to translate complex processes or information into actionable and understandable concepts at varying levels of the business
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP functionality
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the capability to command a room, virtually or in person
- Ability to create an environment conducive to learning where individuals can learn and fail safely
- Innovative mindset with interest in improving training programs and processes
- Preferred: Content creation across various media
- Preferred: Documentation creation and management
- Preferred: Experience coaching and/or delivering performance feedback
