About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Liaise between internal contacts and third-party vendors globally to process annual compliance, legal transactions, and transactional filings
  • Review, respond to, and fulfill client and vendor requests and corporate filings across multiple jurisdictions
  • Support Global Subsidiary Coordinators with projects
  • Collaborate with team members and third-party vendors using Salesforce CRM and other technologies
  • Research, evaluate, and apply jurisdictional requirements for corporate filings and legal transactions
  • Manage the accuracy of client information in Company Records and Entity Management applications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Fluency in an additional top language for international business is a plus
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels of the organization and high-level external representatives
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting quality standards
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting with minimal direction
  • Problem-solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new systems, technology, and processes quickly
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • High level of comfort with Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
  • Paralegal, Company Secretary, Corporate Law, or relevant legal experience preferred but not required
  • Prior compliance, KYC, and/or AML experience is a plus
  • Prior corporate governance experience or expertise in a jurisdiction’s legal/compliance framework
  • Certifications in a relevant aspect of corporate governance or compliance
  • Project management and/or data analysis experience
