About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day fund administration services and maintain strong client relationships
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact with clients and other fund participants
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Calculate NAV, carried interest/performance fees, investor allocations for capital calls, distributions, and equalizations
  • Prepare or review associated reports and statements
  • Maintain accurate accounting books and records
  • Monitor cash and investment transactions and perform regular reconciliations
  • Coordinate and process payments
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Coordinate annual audits and communicate with auditors
  • Report business issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
  • Support implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Collaborate across teams to address client needs and provide solutions
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • CA fresher
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines
  • Excellent time management and client servicing skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to new challenges
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in accounting software in Investran / Geneva will be an advantage
