About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across strategic client accounts
  • Act as the primary relationship lead throughout the client lifecycle
  • Communicate the value of CSC’s strategy, services, and solutions
  • Lead strategic account planning to identify client objectives, challenges, growth opportunities, and partnership strategies
  • Identify cross-selling and service expansion opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth and retention across assigned portfolios
  • Coordinate service delivery, operations, product, compliance, and leadership resources
  • Build relationships with referral and non-competing business partners
  • Lead sales and commercial discussions, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, and solution positioning
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve escalations
  • Maintain account plans, pipeline information, and engagement activities in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, client priorities, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate on new service propositions, market initiatives, and client engagement strategies
  • Achieve revenue, retention, and strategic account objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–12 years of experience in relationship management, strategic account management, client solutions, business development, or consultative sales within corporate services, financial services, fiduciary services, legal services, professional services, or related industries
  • Proven ability to manage and grow complex client relationships at senior and executive stakeholder levels
  • Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, and strategic account management
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience leading strategic account planning and managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and translate them into practical solutions using a consultative approach
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse client portfolio
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international organisation
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
  • Advanced relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred)
