About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage onboarding for new joiners across the Americas region
  • Gather, review, and confirm onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, new hires, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to complete onboarding activities
  • Liaise with external vendors to gather information and support onboarding
  • Initiate background checks and escalate exceptions or non-compliant results
  • Audit reports and employee data, resolving discrepancies to support compliance and data integrity
  • Compile, maintain, and analyze data for team scorecards, reporting, and business analysis
  • Upload and maintain employment documentation in internal HCM and records databases
  • Handle sensitive employee and employment information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Contribute to process improvements for Global Onboarding service delivery
  • Assist with global mobility and immigration-related processes
  • Support ad-hoc projects and team initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in employee onboarding, Human Resources operations, recruitment, or a related field
  • Experience handling confidential employee information and maintaining accurate records in a compliance-focused environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage processes and documentation accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset and commitment to a positive employee experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft products and HCM systems or other complex, multi-faceted systems and processes
  • Oracle HSM experience preferred but not required
  • Must work Monday to Friday, 8-5 Eastern Time
  • Must work in the Wilmington, Delaware office three days per week
