About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), individual compartments, and client relationships
Manage and monitor cash movements, bank accounts, cash administration, payment schedules, coupon payments/interest payment dates, loan amortisation, and maturity dates
Perform bank, cash, intercompany, loan, and investment reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable invoicing
Manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, financial reports, management accounts, working papers, regulatory reports, and annual accounts based on LuxGAAP
Maintain complete accounting files with appropriate supporting documentation
Prepare SPVs for audit and follow up on audits
Prepare Tax and VAT returns, FVC/BCL reporting, and eCDF filings for SPVs
Assist junior team members with daily and administrative tasks
Assist team leaders and managers with complex tasks
Liaise with third parties
Keep client records current in internal systems
Develop understanding of legal documentation for accurate bookkeeping, transaction execution, and critical-date management
Complete required training and timesheets accurately and on time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4-6 years' experience in a CSP, fiduciary, bank, audit firm, or capital markets environment
Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP, SPV accounting, Luxembourg tax and VAT requirements
Experience with FVC/BCL reporting and audit coordination
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex transaction structures
Client-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills
Fluent in English
