About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the banking and cash management needs of US Corporate Services clients
  • Coordinate and manage the opening, onboarding, and maintenance of client bank accounts
  • Work with clients and financial institutions to obtain documentation, complete account-opening requirements, and resolve banking matters
  • Prepare, review, and process domestic and international wires, ACH payments, and other client payment requests
  • Coordinate payment activity with accounting teams to ensure sufficient cash, accurate payment information, and proper accounting treatment
  • Review and validate payment instructions and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with internal controls
  • Serve as a key client contact for banking, payment processing, and cash management matters
  • Collaborate with Corporate Services Directors and accounting professionals to meet client needs and service expectations
  • Monitor outstanding banking requests and follow up with clients, banks, and internal teams
  • Assist with bank account changes, authorized signatory updates, online banking access, and account administration
  • Maintain records of bank accounts, payment activity, client instructions, and supporting documentation
  • Escalate unusual, urgent, or complex banking and payment matters to management
  • Identify opportunities to improve cash management processes, controls, and client service
  • Ensure activities comply with company policies, client agreements, banking requirements, and internal controls
  • Support other cash management and Corporate Services initiatives
  • Prepare and file Forms 1096/1099

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in cash management, banking operations, treasury, corporate services, accounting operations, or a related field
  • Experience processing wires, ACH payments, and other banking transactions
  • Experience working directly with banks and financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of bank account opening and maintenance processes
  • Experience working with corporate or institutional clients preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with confidential financial information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with accounting, client service, and management teams
