About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure ongoing statutory, legal and transactional obligations of managed SPVs in structured finance and securitisation deals are met
  • Coordinate and oversee pan-European securitisation transactions from governance, compliance and administrative perspectives
  • Organise, convene and attend client board and committee meetings, including preparing board packs
  • Draft and circulate meeting minutes and action item lists
  • Monitor team obligations and client deadlines
  • Maintain statutory registers, file forms with the CRO, incorporate companies and process dissolutions
  • Complete new-client take-on and ensure AML compliance with CSC internal policies
  • Arrange document execution and liaise with intermediaries for document delivery
  • Complete KYC processes and prepare documents
  • Complete Companies Act 2014 filings and registrations
  • Publish stock-exchange notices, communicate with shareholders and perform company secretarial functions
  • Handle notarisation, apostilling and consularisation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2:1 grade in a Legal, Finance or Business degree or similar
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience, including work placement, within the legal/financial sector or similar office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to analyse situations and identify or mitigate potential problems
  • Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills
  • Ability to train team members and new joiners
  • Ability to cope with a busy workload
  • Ability to agree and meet deadlines
  • Good judgment and sound decision-making ability
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Interest in company secretarial and compliance matters
