Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and develop a team supporting account opening and customer initiatives
Oversee software development, maintenance, and technical processes related to the teams
Partner with Product, Project Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency efforts
Support system integrations and technical delivery processes
Foster collaboration and communication among technical and business stakeholders
Ensure project commitments, quality standards, and customer expectations are met
Support strategic adoption of AI and intelligent automation to streamline activities, reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate client implementations
Champion continuous improvement using AI-enabled tools, analytics, and workflow automation to increase productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in software development
Experience developing REST APIs using C#, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies
Understanding of API security concepts, including OAuth2 and JWT
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Proven leadership and people management experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of software development, system integration, and technical delivery processes
Experience using AI-enabled development and project management tools, including Azure DevOps
Experience working within Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Ability to build effective partnerships across teams and departments
Visa sponsorship unavailable; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred: Experience leading process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives
Strong preference for candidates with FinTech industry experience
